December 25th

Happy Birthday CAS Colours & Sketches!  They are celebrating their 150th challenge and 3 year blog birthday - congratulations!  The challenge is to use the sketch and include at least one 1, 5, or 0 on your card.  I wanted to use some Dec 25th patterned paper and make a rather graphic card.  I played on the circle element on the patterned paper by using 2 polka dot embossing folders, rounding 2 of the corners and of course the circles for the "25" to call home.

Happy Stamping,
Dana

  5. I really like how you've repeated the circle theme throughout your card with the use of the patterned paper and the embossing folders. The traditional red, green, and white color scheme is always a winner for Christmas cards. Thanks so much for sharing your card with us at CC&S! :)

  6. As much as I love "Spiegel Im Spiegel", musically, it reminds me of the beginning of "Windmills Of Your Mind"! Apart from that, the particular shades of green and red that you've chosen work so well together. Thanks for being part of our birthday celebrations at CC&S. Stef x
