Merry & Bright

Boy did I have to work hard for this card.  I had many failed attempts but finally landed on something I liked.  The sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch is fabulous, but for some reason it just wasn't working for me - technical difficulties with water coloring.

I started with a yellow splatter, in an attempt to avoid water coloring :).  The pine boughs and pine cones were each stamped twice and heat embossed.  The sentiment was also heat embossed.  Finally everything was layered up on a yellow card base with a slim red border.

Happy Stamping,
Dana
