Sweet Cupcake

The challenge at CASology this week is "Cupcake".  I knew I had the perfect stamp to use, a cute set by Gina K Designs has the sweetest cupcake image.  As I contemplated what to do with my cupcake I thought the sketch challenge at Paper Pal Arts would be perfect!

It's a pretty straight forward card with lots of white space.  I did add a little Wink of Stella to the icing to give it a little shine.

Wow, it's a little scary to do a close up of my coloring skills :)

Happy Stamping,
Dana

    1. What a nice comment Geri, thank you so much! The original design of the blog was to include a nod to the masculine for the "couple" part of the blog, but I think I have taken over. I completely agree, card makers are some of the nicest and most generous folks!

    1. Thanks Kim! I didn't think about the embossing as icing but as one of my "sweeter" embossing folders. But you are right, it does look like icing. BTW, I love your plate of little critter cupcakes as your online photo!
